Oh, the joys of being a home owner! While nearly every family in the US enjoyed a relaxing three day weekend at the beach or traversed the wilds of nature, Nathan and I spent the weekend in domestic non-bliss, painting our house.
Why was I the poor hapless soul chosen to paint every vertical inch of our house? Sigh. At least the weekend was not a total and complete loss---we did manage to sneak in time with friends including a few BBQ’s and pool parties.
Still searching for my diamond rings amongst the paint clutter...hopefully they'll turn up soon. Hmm. This may the perfect opportunity for Nathan to purchase me a bigger diamond! ;-)
